Description:

Deep within your subconscious, there are hidden forces shaping your life: archetypes, the inner personalities that influence your desires, fears, and choices. These are the forgotten aspects of yourself, each carrying a unique form of wisdom, strength, and creative potential. But when they remain unintegrated, they create inner conflicts, limiting beliefs, and unseen barriers to manifestation.

This 4-day retreat is a journey of archetypal integration, where you will meet and embrace these hidden aspects of yourself. Through deep meditations, movement, reflective practices, and group experiences, you will bring these archetypes into harmony, unlocking a profound sense of wholeness, an experience called individuation.

Individuation is not just self-discovery, it is a rebirth of the self. It is a return to your natural state of inner abundance, where manifestation no longer comes from a place of striving but from a place of deep alignment with who you truly are. The new you is already within. It’s time to meet them.

Set in the breathtaking hills of British Columbia, Canada, surrounded by nature with a mesmerizing lake at its centre, this retreat blends deep introspection with moments of joy: engaging talks, guided meditations, movement, group activities, and celebration. There’s also space for personal reflection and an opportunity for one-on-one guidance with Saqib to help you integrate your experiences fully.

Retreat Schedule

This retreat is designed to be a rhythmic journey of transformation, blending deep inner work, movement, self-reflection, and moments of joy; all within the peaceful embrace of nature.

Day 1: Arriving & Introduction

The retreat begins with an introductory session, a chance to step into this sacred space, meet your fellow travelers, and set powerful intentions for the days ahead. We’ll settle in, ground ourselves, and share a meal together as we prepare for the journey.

Days 2 & 3: Deep Dive Into Manifestation Practices

Each morning starts with movement and meditation: a gentle way to wake up the body, clear the mind, and drop into presence.

Then, we dive into Session #1: a powerful morning exploration guided by Saqib, where we’ll work with archetypes, active imagination, and subconscious transformation. These sessions are designed to reveal hidden aspects of yourself and open new doors of possibility.

The afternoon offers a mix of self-reflection, individual guidance with Saqib, and group activities hosted by Deb, giving you time to absorb insights, journal, connect with nature, and engage with others in creative ways.

As the sun softens, we gather for Session #2, another deep session with Saqib. This is where the day’s discoveries integrate, taking you deeper into the process of rebirth and manifestation. The evening closes with a shared dinner and time to unwind, reflect, or connect in whatever way feels right.

Day 4: Stepping Into Your New Reality

The morning is spacious, allowing for breakfast, final reflections, and checkout before our closing session, where we integrate all that we’ve uncovered. This is the moment to anchor your transformation and step forward with a renewed sense of clarity and alignment.
